LuccaBella In Italia

LuccaBella:  My Mom says this is me being responsible but I am just telling the truth. Today my Mamma sat down with me so we could look at the Nutella website. I haven’t done that because I am busy doing Nutella things and playing with my toys in the water. I saw that Ms. Fabio did not invent Nutella Word Day but I love her goats and I want to go see them!!!!! Another girl did Ms. Rosso, she is very pretty. My Mom says she knows her site too and will help me next week email her. I read that, you can interview them too. This would be great!!!!!!! Who knows, maybe I can interview them and be in the newspaper here. My Mom always says anything is possible. I think having a goat is possible but she says no. Why not?

Today I ate a 1/2 a sandwich cheese and 1/2 a sandwich Nutella. The Nutella was my favorite. My Mom ate the same thing!



Mamma:  Yes, LuccaBella is correct, I do tell her anything is possible! I think trying to obtain 10K signatures is a HUGE goal by Feb. 5th but with the help of friends … anything is possible! Also, yes, why couldn’t she do an interview & be in the local paper? Another classmate of hers was in it for protesting calico (soccer). So, go for it, I say! As my Dad always told me, “You can’t hit the ball, if you don’t swing the bat”! However, our small terrace will not support a goat, at this time. There are some things that are pure logistics.



I am glad we visited the site & LuccaBella did her journalism homework. We both learned something. I didn’t dare share Ms. Rosso is the music website creator too. She is a genius at these sites. LuccaBella can learn a lot! Oh yes … also ME!

  LuccaBella:  I got so excited because I got an email from Ms. Fabio! She is very famous and has a blog in Italy and started World Nutella Day! I sent her my website and she added mine to hers. She has not added my Mom’s! I am more famous than Maria. I get in trouble for calling Mamma, Maria but I am more famous!!!!!!!!!!

Ms. Fabio said I can write before February but I already am. I think she does not get that I am doing this all for Nutella. I want to be the Superhero. She did not say anything in her email about her goats. I think she is not giving me one. My Mom said she wouldn’t and the terrace is too small. I think Skippy my cat would like a goat.

Tonight after dinner a scoop of Nutella out of the jar!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe I can get Ms. Crane in 2nd Grade in America to do something for Nutella????? Auntie TT loves Nutella!!!!!!!!

Mamma Note:  Well seems LuccaBella is on her way to making a name for herself. Maybe I should ask people to follow my blog, lol! She is coming up with some great ideas & her final project for February World Nutella Day is GRAND! She might even have to send it to Ferrero SpA. It is really cute! She LOVES Ms. Fabio from afar & we are NOT getting a goat because I have nowhere to put one at this time & she has no concept of what they eat. I might have to contact Ms. Fabio & ask for a field trip at some point because our house is ALL about "the goat" now too.

LuccaBella:  Yesterday, I went to the sea. Then we went to the bar for a pizza but I only drank Gadepower, the yellow one. I wasn’t hungry and didn’t want pizza. The best part was I saw this girl get a chocolate gelato in a cup. I wanted one so bad!!!!!!! But my Mom said no because I had already had a gelato from the freezer and I had not eaten. But then I saw the man mixing one and it was with Nutella!!!!!!!!!! So, I asked him what it was and told him I was trying to save Nutella on my own website. He liked the idea. His name is Marco and he is very nice! He makes about 40 or 50 of these great Nutella of Yogurts a day.

He gave me and my Mamma his email so I can send him my website and show him what I wrote about him and Nutella.

I am on my way to saving Nutella!





Mamma Note:  The Nutella reporter did a great job! She was VERY excited & needed a little direction but I am sure Barbara Walters & Katie Couric did too on their 1st assignments. The “Nutella Of Yogurts” as LuccaBella calls them are delicious and she had to be fought for a bite! Marco was fantastic & I am sure LuccaBella will never forget her 1st interview!

  LuccaBella:  Nutella maybe banned from being bought in Italia, BOOO! But I am the Superhero of Nutella and I can save the day YEAH:)! World Nutella Day is all about Nutella and on World Nutella Day 2009 (in America) we ate Nutella waffles with strawberries on top.

Today I shared with her information on World Nutella Day from a site I follow & the contest. We also discussed the labeling laws here in Italy. Well LuccaBella was on a mission (I have NO IDEA where she gets this from)? She decided she was going to save Nutella & win the contest. I told her she needed to develop a recipe to really win the contest. But she said, she was going to do better than a recipe. She was going to start a blog & write about Nutella and get millions of followers JUST like me (you ALL know I have MILLIONS of followers??? LOL). How could I NOT support this mission? So I have spent the last few hours as “Editor and Chief” of Luccabella In Italia. The dishes can wait! This should be an adventure!
